Is it
safe ?
Yes. The system uses high-tech infra-red technology
(similar to your TV remote control) and is therefore totally harmless,
and with no ‘live ammo’ involved there is no threat
of a shooting accident.
Is it realistic ?
Yes and no. The system uses real, but deactivated
shotguns, and the clays are launched from a conventional electronic
clay launcher (trap) however there is no nasty ‘kick’
or dangerous projectiles.
How does the cost compare ?
You can expect to shoot at around 100 clays during
your session, at a similar cost as shooting 15 clays at conventional
clay pigeon shooting !
How many people can play ?
Each round of Lasersport can have up to 5 competitors
at a single time, but with each round taking 5 to10 minutes you
can have as large a group as you like. Every group member will
compete in several rounds of Lasersport.
What about the weather ?
Lasersport is an all weather activity, however if
there is a torrential downpour we can always take a break !
